Crescent Head
Kempsey Shire Council was looking for a builder who could work closely with them on a major 12 cabin development of one of their most popular tourist parks. With an extremely tight timeframe and a detailed design, Federation worked with Kempsey Shire to get every detail sorted in the design phase and the first cabins were completed and installed in just under 11 weeks. Featuring high end finishes like stone benchtops in the kitchen and bathroom and the most intricate timber detail, these cabins have become a showpiece of this beautiful Holiday Park.
Superior Cabins
A Holiday Cabin you could comfortably spend two weeks in without killing the kids. The idea behind Company Director and Caravan Park expert Annalise Grinters' design in our superior cabins was luxury, comfort and space. "Holiday Parks are not the same experience as they were in the early 90's" Grinter says. With Holiday Parks now offering facilities once only seen in resorts, it is important that our accommodation facilities reflect the same.
Studio Dwellings
Perfect multi-occupancy dwelling, offering stunning hotel style accommodation with the location and facilities of a Holiday Park. The Federation 4 studio dwelling blocks come in one single dwelling and the verandah and decks are installed separately onsite. Each dwelling features a full ensuite, kitchenette, and plenty of room for a king-size bed. Starting from $220,000 for a block of 4 studio units and rented out to guests from around $110-$180 per night. The return on investment for these dwellings are second to none.
Riverlands Residential
A design as comfortable as a bricks and motor dwelling with minimal maintenance but plenty of space. The concept behind this design was to have functional space in the areas we use most like the Kitchen, Bathroom and Laundry, with that luxury feeling throughout.
Elevated Cabins
Designed to maximise space these luxury 3 bedroom elevated cabins are perfect for a park that has amazing views or to allow car parking underneath your cabin. Elevated up to 2.75 metres we have multiple designs on offer.
